General Notes for Julia Minnie Frazier
My mother, Julia Palmer, was born in White Horse, OK and told me that when they moved to Wichita, her family moved in a wagon. She remembers sometimes riding in the wagon and sometimes running along side of it. I do not believe anything exits at White Horse today. (Herb Frazier, 7/2014).
